In late 2005, Syndicated Equities Corporation launched a new investment vehicle called Syndicated Access Fund I. The $30 million fund was created to supply individual investors with access to investments in four Global Real Estate Opportunity Funds. Through these four funds, investors in Syndicated Access Fund I will participate in approximately one hundred real estate transactions throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Syndicated Access Fund I closed in March 2006.

– Deal Structure (public, private, equity, debt, etc.)
- Access to funds typically reserved for
