The Access Fund platform was created to pursue long term, capital appreciation returns through a globally diversified investment program. This investment platform allocates our client capital to "best in class" real estate and real asset investment managers who invest in a variety of asset types and geographic areas. Typically, participation with these managers requires $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 investment minimums. At comparatively lower minimums, the Access Fund provides institutions, money managers, family offices and individuals with entree to a segment of the investment market that is traditionally exclusive to large institutional investors.
