In each of these closed deals, the Tenancy-In-Common (TIC) ownership structure allowed both 1031 and non-1031 investors to own undivided fractional interests in the property and receive all of the benefits of real estate ownership, equal to the percentage of their equity participation. Investors receive their monthly or quarterly distribution and are free from the management and maintenance responsibilities typically required of a landlord. Syndicated Equities also takes a co-ownership interest alongside our investors in every deal.
