Shops of Beverly is 100% leased to eight tenants, all of which have either a five or ten year lease with renewal options and rental increases.  The center’s three largest tenants are Chase Bank, Panera Bread, and Chipotle Mexican Grill.  Other tenants include Nextel, EB Games, Cold Stone Creamery, Score! Educational Centers, and Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers.

Set along the primary retail corridor in Beverly, Shops of Beverly is surrounded by, within two blocks, a variety of prominent national tenants, including Borders Books and Music, Sam’s Club, Walgreens, and Wal-Mart.  Beginning in 1998, Beverly has experienced and continues to undergo significant retail development and expansion, especially along 95th Street.  Within a one mile radius of the center, the total population is 19,177 and the average household income is $80,441.
